Accessibility

We sell jewelry online, so the site is the whole store. Our aim is that you can browse it, pick a size or metal, and place an order using a keyboard, a screen reader, screen magnification, or a browser set to larger text.

What we work toward

  • Links, buttons, menus and form fields that can be reached with the Tab and arrow keys, in an order that follows the page.
  • A visible focus outline, so you can see where you are on the page.
  • Text alternatives for product photos and any image that carries information.
  • Headings that describe each part of a page and can be used to move through it.
  • Form fields with labels, and errors explained in words rather than by color alone.
  • Text that stays readable when you zoom in or raise the font size.

Details written out, not only shown in pictures

Sizing and stone information is available as text, so you do not have to read a chart image:

If something blocks you

Write to us through Contact or Customer Service. It helps if you include the address of the page, what you were trying to do, and the browser, device or assistive technology you were using.

Report a barrier: Contact us. Tell us the page, the step that failed, and the tools you use to browse.

What happens to your feedback

Reports are added to the list of site changes we work through. Small fixes are handled as we get to them, and larger ones take longer. Where there is another route to the same result, we will point you to it.

What this page does not claim

We claim no certification, no conformance level against a standard, and no completed audit. Parts of the site rely on code and features we did not write, so we cannot promise every page meets the aims above. This statement says what we are working toward and how to reach us when the site falls short.
