A personalized piece is built in three steps: choose the base, choose the metal, then add charms, initials or a birthstone. Work through them in order, since the base you pick decides which sizes and add-ons will fit.
Step 1: Choose a base
Each base is sold in its own sizes. Check the matching guide before you order, and confirm the sizes offered on the product page itself.

Step 2: Choose a metal
Metal options vary by style. Across the store you will find Sterling Silver, 14K and 18K Yellow Gold, 14K and 18K White Gold, 14K Yellow-White-Rose Gold, Bronze, Stainless Steel, Titanium, and two-tone combinations. If you are pairing pieces, such as a charm on a bracelet or a pendant on a chain, compare the metal named on each product page so the finishes match, or mix them on purpose.
Step 3: Add charms, initials or a birthstone
- Charms come in Small, Medium and Large. Check the charm size against the base you chose.
- Initial jewelry carries letter designs.
- Gemstone styles carry birthstones, from January Garnet through December Blue Zircon or Blue Topaz. The birthstone guide lists every month.
- Engravable styles take text. Read the engraving guide before you write your message.
