Shipping Policy

Free Standard Shipping on all orders shipped within the U.S.

Shipping options (United States)
- Standard Shipping: FREE. Estimated delivery within 1 to 5 business days.
- 2-Day Shipping: $10. Estimated delivery within 2 business days.
- Next-Day Shipping: $19.50. Estimated delivery the next business day.
Delivery estimates apply to orders placed by 1 p.m. Central Time (CT) and do not include time needed for processing and handling.

Processing times
Orders are shipped Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays.
- Orders without charm attachment or engraving placed Monday through Friday after 1 p.m. (CT) are processed for shipping the following business day.
- Orders without charm attachment or engraving placed on weekends or holidays are processed for shipping the next business day.

Engraving and charm attachment
- Engraving: allow five additional business days for us to complete your order.
- Charm attachment: allow two to three additional business days for us to complete your order.
Attachment, soldering or engraving services will delay the delivery of your entire order. If other items in your order do not require these services and you would like them to arrive sooner, we recommend ordering them separately.

PO Boxes, APO/FPO and U.S. territories
Standard delivery times apply to all U.S. states, excluding PO Boxes and APO/FPO addresses. Orders to PO Boxes, APO/FPO addresses and all U.S. territories ship by USPS Priority, with estimated delivery within three to five business days. Delivery to APO/FPO addresses is to the processing center only.

International orders
For international shipments and rates, please contact us at support@jamesavery.com or call 1-800-283-1770. Customers are responsible for international duties, taxes, and refused shipping charges.
