Where the shipping details live
Rates, shipping methods, destinations and delivery timing are all set out in our Shipping Policy. That page is the authoritative source for those terms, so please read them there rather than relying on a summary elsewhere on the site. This page only explains how shipping works when you place an order.
How shipping is calculated
Shipping is not included in the price shown on a product page. It is calculated at checkout, once you enter a delivery address, because the address determines which methods are available and what each one costs.
- Add the items you want to your cart.
- Start checkout and enter your delivery address.
- Review the shipping methods offered for that address and choose one.
- Check the order total, which now includes shipping, before you confirm.
If you change the address, the available methods and the cost are recalculated for the new one.
Tracking your order
When your order ships, we email you a tracking link. Use that link to follow the package from the carrier. You can also look up an order from the Order Status page, or sign in to your account to see your orders. If you do not see the email, check your spam or promotions folder before getting in touch.
Before you order
Confirming size first is the easiest way to avoid sending an item back. We publish a ring size guide, a chain size guide and a bracelet size guide for that purpose.
Sending something back is a separate matter from shipping it out. The return terms are in the Refund Policy.
