A discount code is entered at checkout, not on a product page and not in the cart. If you have a code, keep it handy and apply it before you pay, since the total is set when the order is placed.
Where to enter a code
- Add the pieces you want to your cart.
- Start checkout.
- Find the discount field on the checkout page and type or paste the code exactly as you received it.
- Apply it. The order summary updates, so you can see the change before you place the order.
Paste carefully. Copying a code out of an email often picks up a trailing space, and a missing or extra character will stop it from applying.
Using more than one code
Whether two codes can be used together depends on how each code was set up, and checkout decides that when you apply them. If you are holding more than one code, apply them one at a time and read the order summary after each attempt, so you can see which discount is in place before you place the order.
If a code is rejected

Still not working
Contact us through customer service or the contact page. Send the code exactly as you received it and a list of what is in your cart. For an order you have already placed, use order status or sign in to your account.
